street noiseflimsy furniture
the furniture in the room felt cheap and poorly maintained it gave the impression that things were just worn out. i think better soundproofing and room upkeep would make a big difference

I was expecting MORE, to be honest. The breakfast options seemed to have DECREASED in quality. It was not as excellent as other hotels i've stayed at. It created a LOT of noise early in the morning. This noise woke me up several times. It was quite irritating.

This hotel has really good cleanliness! The rooms are perfectly prepared and super clean, and I felt very relaxed. Internet speed was excellent and stable. It worked well for both entertainment and communication. The staff were polite, professional, and always smiling, and they were quick to respond.
The street was noisy at night, loud music played until late. I could still hear the music despite the soundproofing.

The location was excellent with lots of shops. I found restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel was lovely and the staff were very helpful. The room was above really good and came fully equipped with amenities. I loved my stay
The extra charging for the mini bar is not transparent! there is no price tag on any item in the mini bar except for two bottles of water. the hotel charges items without price tags and notifications

The location had many shops, restaurants, and bars nearby, offering plenty of choices. I found the breakfast in the hotel to be great. There were many options. The beds were large and comfy. the shower was amazing.
I sometimes found it hard to sleep in the superior room because it was too loud. The hotel should advise guests that all superior rooms face the street. The sound from the clubs echoed until past 3 a.m.
